Facu Regalia starts his pre season at Monza
9th March 2010
The historic Italian circuit was chosen by BMW to hold the first collective test of its competitive championship. Facu Regalia will be present with one of the Eifelland Racing’s cars.
The promising Hispano-Argentinean driver is looking forward to start the 2010 season preparations. The Autodromo Nazionale de Monza, in Lombardia, was chosen by BMW to start the official tests of the very competitive Formula BMW Europe Championship, and almost every driver of the field will be there, between March 9th and 10th, to set-up their cars for the new season.
Facu Regalia, who is eighteen years old, will be at the wheel of a Eifelland Racing’s Mygale, the team with whom he signed a 2010 deal. The Hispano-Argentinean wants to keep the trend that he started in his team private tests, held at January in Braga, when he signed a new record for this type of cars in the Portuguese circuit.
Already at Italy, Regalia said: “I’m looking forward to drive the car again. I worked very hard physically in the last few weeks so I could arrive here in good shape. I want to keep the good sensations that I had with Eifelland Racing in Braga and I hope I can be among the frontrunners”.
In the new season, Regalia is committed to achieve podium and wins, but he knows that he will have a strong opposition and that he will need all the support he can get. “I want to thank to my parents all the effort that they are putting in my project, as to all the persons that support me”, concluded the Eifelland Racing driver.
