Ferrari 250 GTO sells for $35m

3rd June 2012

The well known UDT-Laystall car sells for $35m to become the world's most expensive car. Racecar customer Talacrest sold this car for $3.5m in 1996 - and in fact bought and sold the again a few years later.

John Collins of Talacrest remarked:

"When I had the car I kept on looking at it in my showroom, thinking I paid too much!"

Talacrest are actively looking for a 250 GTO for another customer at the moment - and have money waiting.

We have also uploaded some serious cars to John's site this week including a Ferrari 250 SWB California Spyder and a Ferrari 275 GTB 4 cam which have just arrived in stock. Additionally the most exquisite Ferrari 166/206SP was put on the site - but had sold before we got a chance to upload the pitcures - which are now on the site.
