Japanese Doctor's Naughty Ferrari Video

Ends up with him being in trouble with the Japanese Police after he was deemed to be doing 77 mph in a 25 mph - so not exactly the speed you were expecting - but enough to probably get him hauled up before a beak....
Anyway - he reportedly said he "wanted people to understand the beauty of a Ferrari" - sounds like a Japanese version of "Swiss Tony"...
Angry Youtube users reported the video to the "flics" - its not exactly in the league of the famous Japanese Ferrari Club member's F40 video - probably a sign of the times of the lack of tolerance for enthusiastic motoring these days...
