concerning the DC supercharger.
Capacities from 900cc to 3500cc can be supplied to order, making
it ideal for engines up to 4 litre's - street or competition.
The unit features 2, 3 or 4 lobe rotors machined from billet HE-15
aluminium with 25mm steel shafts running through the length of the
rotors to eliminate flex normally encountered with conventional Roots-type
superchargers - plus steel helical rotor gears emersed in an oil bath
for increased reliability. Double row ball bearings are
employed on the drive shaft with double lip neoprene seals.
To increase installation, the end housings also incorporate sensible
size mounting lugs with manifold and gear case bolt patterns drilled
to customers instructions. Due to the wide variety of applications
where superchargers can be fitted, our models are not supplied with Installation
or blower drive kits. However we will be pleased to quote for
"one-off" installations, drives and all other accessories.
Supercharger prices start at £1,800 + VAT, with
a 50% deposit being required upon receipt of order - delivery within 6/8 weeks.
