Jaguar built just 53 of the fabulous 150 mph C-Type sports racing
car which won the 24-hour Le Mans race in 1951 and 1953.
Sir Stirling Moss always said it was one of his favourite
cars (he owns chassis no. 39).
Today, ownership of an original C-Type is the stuff of dreams.
Even if one became available the asking price is beyond the reach
of most people. However, there is an alternative – an absolutely
perfect recreation of an original C-Type Jaguar, faithful down
to the last nut and bolt. Not just a replica with modern day
Jaguar bits but an authentic copy that is true to the spirit
and character of the original.
