Welcome to the home of Wycombe Summit MTB Club.

We are a mountain bike club organising rides in the hills and trails around High Wycombe and the Chilterns. Each month we hold a ride for prospective new members as detailed in the Rides section. Members also organise weekday night rides and other weekend rides. The club offers coaching to its members to help them improve biking skills.

The club leases a wood from the Forestry Commission and organises summer evening XC races between May and September. For further details and an entry form please see the Races section.

Our forum is where we post rides and chat about the club and this area is reserved for members.

PRE ENTRY NOW ESSENTIAL FOR SMOOTH RUNNING OF SUMMIT XC SERIES
08/07/2008

With potential for entries to reach 100 organisers are introducing measures aimed at making the event run smoothly ahead of race three in the Leisure Wheels Summit XC Series on Wednesday, 16th July.

• Pre entry email stating name/team/category to summitmtb@gmail.com is essential as there is limited capacity to take entries on the night. There is no charge for pre entering, you simply pay on the night when signing-on

•  Alternatively enter on line via www.mbsawebsite.com

• Entry on the night will close at 19.15

•  A maximum of 100 entries will be taken

•  An extra 500m will be added to the 4kms course

• Riders can now practice the course 30 minutes earlier from 18.00

Racing will continue to start at 19.30, with Elite & Expert, Sport, Masters, Juniors, Vets and Female Racing going first, followed directly by the Under 12s/14s/16s then the Fun Male and Female categories 10 minutes later.

For the first time catering from Deb’s Diner will be available on site, with a range of hot and cold dishes and refreshments available both before and after the races.
