Rob, already
an established and respected test development driver, was an integral part in
the design and development of the Ralt RT3 F3 car, the most successful Formula
Three machine ever and between 1981 and the present day - as well as continuously
racing and winning in both single-seater and sportscar formulae - Rob's work
behind the scenes of motorsport has been tireless. He has helped test and develop
many racing machines for both independent companies and major manufacturers;
has formed and developed several racing teams in Britain and America, most recently
Carlin Formula Three in the UK.
Rob has worked with such talents as Nigel Mansell, Olivier Beretta and more recently, Kimi Raikkonen and Narain Karthikeyan.
